About This Role
We're looking for a GoHighLevel power user who can build sophisticated workflow automations for legal and medical practices. You'll architect complex integrations, lead implementation projects, and push the boundaries of what's possible with GHL.
This is a high-impact role for experienced automation specialists. Work full-time or as a contract specialist on cutting-edge AI + automation projects.
Responsibilities
- • Design and build complex GHL workflows and automations

- • Lead automation implementation projects for practices
- • Train practices on advanced GHL features
- • Troubleshoot complex automation issues
- • Optimize workflows for legal or medical verticals
- • Collaborate on AI + GHL integration strategies
Requirements
Required
- • Expert-level GoHighLevel knowledge and certifications
- • Proven ability to build complex workflow automations
- • API integration experience (REST, webhooks, Zapier)
- • Experience with legal OR medical software integration
- • Portfolio of completed GHL projects
- • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting
Nice to Have
- • AI tool integration experience (LLMs, RAG)
- • Experience with CRM and practice management systems
- • JavaScript or HTML/CSS knowledge
